PHP #011: SRM Metric Sheets and Stuff

Not a big log, today. I made my SRM Metric and had every intention to share it, but I decided to put it in OneNote instead of on paper, so it’s kinda unavailable. But here’s basically what it looks like:

I also have a space for notes every day as well as individual journals for my workout, nutrition intake, and moods (I record my moods at different times of day just to track them in line with the rest of the SRT stuff). We gather the info and put it in this app that applies all of my rhythms to it at different time intervals around a circle. It shows habits through out the day, you can change it to show eating habits, sleep only, hygiene-specific habits, etc.

What sucks is that OneNote doesn’t allow for direct copy/pasting of tables, and WP seems to have created an environment where direct html editing is all but non-existent (I literally just can’t find it)…so the list looks super bland on here as opposed to what I am actually filling out. I chose OneNote because I already have the app on my phone, and it’s easy to submit at the end of the week.

I did stay up until 3am, last night, speaking of SRT. We had a conversation on Friday about how sleep specifically causes issues, and my instructor said the only way to find out is to go to sleep an hour or two later than normal and see what happens. I decided since I usually am in bed before midnight, but fall asleep before one, I’d aim for a 2-3am sleep time. Just to see. Not only was I incapable of actually staying up all the way to 3am (I think I hit the sack at 2:30 with my brain going into hyperdrive), I wasn’t able to stay asleep past 8:15. So I only got five hours of sleep. And now I have the brain fog and am feeling super grumpy, not processing things well at all, and it’s literally because I stayed up a couple of hours later than my normal sleep schedule.

Yikes.

Anyway, the question was answered, lol. And I chose to do that last night because of the timing (today is a rest day, and I’ll be doing a lot of it). But hell, even prepping my SRM sheets wasn’t easy.

I redacted a bunch of stuff on this post. I wasn’t being kind to myself. I’m glad I’m in PHP and I hope it works. It’s just the end of (technically) the first week. There’s time.
